The flavor of this Fresh Whole-Cleaned Sea Bass (also called Lubina or Loup de Mer) is outstanding and significantly better than any wild sea bass we have seen. Veta La Palma is the future of sustainable aquaculture. Their farm is a 27,000-acre wetland located in Southern Spain and contains one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. Never fed by humans, the fish on this farm live in a bountiful ecosystem on a diet of small shrimp, plankton, and other prey. When eating fish from Veta la Palma, one immediately notices the healthy orange color of the fish oil.
