Local Desert Bee Pollen 100% Raw (Nevada)- 4oz

It takes one bee working 8 hours per day for one whole month to produce one teaspoon of our Local Bee Pollen. It is said that you could eat a diet solely of bee pollen and be fully nourished, but we suggest you not try this. A daily teaspoon of bee pollen is the same as eating a full plate of vegetables, as it contains at least 22 amino acids, 18 vitamins, 25 minerals, 59 trace elements, 11 enzymes or co-enzymes, 14 fatty acids, 11 carbohydrates, and approximately 25 % protein.

If taking bee pollen to build immunity to allergies, try to find a source for Local Bee Pollen, as ours is for Southern Nevada. This bee pollen is harvested near Pahrump, NV. Granules of bee pollen can be consumed on their own or even used as a seasoning. You may also enjoy Local Honey from the same producer.

WARNING: Before taking a full dose of pollen, it is wise to test for possible extreme allergic reactions, which may be caused by ingesting just one single pellet.

Suggestions: Sprinkle atop a salad, mix with yogurt and/or chopped fruit, toss with granola, and blend into a smoothie. Use it to create your own skin care concoction.
