Taste Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Striploin, Piedmontese Beef Tomahawk, Duck Breast, Iberico de Bellota (Pork), and Spanish Pork Sausage. We’ll demonstrate the best cooking methods, discuss the farming methods and introduce you to a variety of salts that will enhance even the finest meats.
We allow BYOB (bring your own booze) for groups of legal age. If you purchase a ticket and need to cancel please let us know at least 48 hours before the tasting. Neither refunds or credit will be possible if cancellation is within 48 hours of the tasting.
