Learn how to make a terrine, pate, and to sear foie gras. We’ll also hear about the various production methods and animal welfare practices. Included in the $75 admission is a $5 credit toward an in-store purchase after the class. Plus, take home a terrine of foie gras.
We allow BYOB (bring your own booze) for groups of legal age. If you purchase a ticket and need to cancel please let us know at least 48 hours before the tasting. Neither refunds or credit will be possible if cancellation is within 48 hours of the tasting.
