Featuring nine types of cured meats with accompaniments. We provide an information sheet telling the story of each type of charcuterie. Taste at your own pace. This tasting takes less than one hour and you may arrive anytime from 11am – 5pm. Kids are welcome. Included in the $25 admission is a $5 credit toward an in-store purchase after the class.
We allow BYOB (bring your own booze) for groups of legal age. If you purchase a ticket and need to cancel please let us know at least 48 hours before the tasting. Neither refunds or credit will be possible if cancellation is within 48 hours of the tasting.
