Seize this opportunity to taste Kaluga, Oscietra, White Sturgeon, Siberian Sturgeon and others side-by-side at a fraction of the usual cost. In our aquarium tanks, you will see live Oscietra and White Sturgeon. Your instructor, Brett Ottolenghi, has worked on caviar farms in Spain, France, and the USA.

White and Black Winter truffles are in their prime in December. Become a truffle expert on everything from cultivation to species identification. Enjoy fresh black truffles in a Foie Gras terrine, on beef carpacio, and with cauliflower soup. We will make fresh pasta as the perfect canvas for our fresh white truffles. For dessert is White Truffle gelato made with fresh white truffles.
