A tea master has reserved this tea for fifteen years. Every two years, the tea is slow roasted adding to the total roasting time which at the end of the process totals 80 hours. The heat and aging process are carefully controlled to achieve the complex fruity taste and smoky palate. Brew for 2-3 minutes just below boiling.
