Cooking Classes for all Experience Levels

White and Black Winter truffles are in their prime in December. Become a truffle expert on everything from cultivation to species identification. Enjoy fresh black truffles in a Foie Gras terrine, on beef carpacio, and with cauliflower soup. We will make fresh pasta as the perfect canvas for our fresh white truffles. For dessert is White Truffle gelato made with fresh white truffles.

Feel welcome to BYOB (Bring your own Beverage) to our Cooking Classes. Alcohol is welcome.

Get your hands dirty while learning to make fresh pasta using local organic eggs and the highest quality flour, milled in Utah. Toppings include tomato (vegetarian), Marinara with Pancetta, or Porcini Mushroom. Classes are less than one hour and start at noon, 2pm, and 4pm. Kids are welcome. After the class, grab a table in our market and enjoy your creation. Included in the $25 admission is a $5 credit toward an in-store purchase after the class.

We allow BYOB (Bring your own beverage) Alcohol is welcomed for groups of legal age.

Cheese Tasting and demonstration. Enjoy a selection of nine cheeses with some of our favorite paring. You’ll watch fresh mozzarella made by hand and sample a warm gooey bite. Taste at your own pace, we provide an information sheet telling the story of each cheese and paring. This tasting takes less than one hour and start at noon, 2pm, and 4pm. Kids are welcome.Included in the $20 admission is a $5 credit toward an in-store purchase after the class.

See live sturgeon swimming in our tanks and taste caviars and roes including: Beluga, Kaluga, Oscietra, White Fish, Trout, Salmon. This tasting may only be a few bites, but the class is packed full of information. Feel welcome to take notes on an in-depth talk about the history, science, and production of this most revered food. This tasting takes less than one hour and start at noon, 2pm, and 4pm. Kids are welcome. Included in the $35 admission is a $5 credit toward an in-store purchase after the class.
