Get your hands dirty or watch as our Chef instructors demonstrates classes such as: Sushi, Fresh Pasta, Fresh Mozzarella, and many more! Often our chef instructors are joining us from the high-end restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.

11/12 High-end Steak and Meat Tasting/Cooking Class – $85 each $160 couple

12/3 Caviar Tasting – $85 each $160 couple

Using the finest Japanese ingredients, you will learn to make perfect sushi rice, sashimi, and rolls as creative as your imagination. Taste real fresh wasabi, crafted soy sauces, and ponzu, while learning about their history and production. Learn how to buy seafood and sustainability. This is a hands on class, where you enjoy the foods we make for dinner.

Taste five high-end sturgeon caviars with classic parings. You will become a caviar aficionado while learning about the history and production methods used around the world. Seize this opportunity to taste Kaluga, Oscietra, White Sturgeon, Siberian Sturgeon and others side-by-side at a fraction of the usual cost. In our aquarium tanks, you will see live Oscietra and White Sturgeon. Your instructor, Brett Ottolenghi, has worked on caviar farms in Spain, France, and the USA.
